I’ve already written this a couple of days ago. I need to focus on my Amazon business. This means I need to concentrate activities. When you say this you have to accept the consequences and take the next step.
The company currently has two different products under the same brand. Last year we achieved around 3,000 euros of contribution margin 1 in B2C (then there was about 2,000 euros of B2B if I remember correctly). This year we should be able to easily double that result.

Why do I want to sell?
I’ve already said it. The main reason is focus. I can’t do everything.
I also had a conversation with a former investor of mine from Coguan. He’s the only one who gives me a slap in the face in a similar way that whatsapp data I do with people on my team. One of the things he told me was that until the next conversation I had to get rid of some of the companies in both Germany and Spain. It’s too much noise.
How am I going to find a buyer?
I’m going to sell it at the right value. Today I’m thinking of a multiple of 4 on the annual contribution margin of 1. To this I will add a market how can an app change the way you prospect for clients? study and an AGP business plan. Then some x-hours of consulting to take this business to the next level.
We will publish the progress in the AGP newsletter. The sale price will be updated every month since I assume that we will be able to increase the powder data contribution margin of 1 over the last 12 months continuously.
What sale value do I give it today?
Today it will be 20,000-30,000 euros. The account itself has a value of 20,000 euros but as I have already indicated it is a package with more things. Also in the bag is the SL, which has a positive financial history and is also of value to the right buyer.
That figure will increase every month. The second month will probably be 30,500 euros. It will be fun to sell it. No rush, of course.
