Focus on my Amazon business? – different scenarios and options

I don’t have a focus on my Amazon business. It’s not a novelty either because I’ve never had one. Now things have improved a lot compared to months or even years ago.

Strategy carried out 12 months ago – multi-brand and multi-sector

About 12 months ago we had several brands with several themes. We still have some of them. Some products have not taken off as expected, some brands have been rejected at the registration level. Instead of forcing the machine we have overseas data put on hold those brands that have given problems and we have focused on those that were giving better results. The idea behind this strategy is risk diversification.

Right now we are much more focused on the collectibles and toys sector. It is our strong point and it is the one that is developing what is intellectual property protection in applications? the best. Looking at our plans this will not change in the short term but rather the opposite. We have several brands within the collectibles sector that we are going to develop. Here we are assuming greater risk but in the end we can get more out of it due to better focus.

It is not really “single-product” but it is the best term that has just occurred to me for what I want to explain where I see the greatest benefit for us. I will tell you:

Multi-brand: here nothing powder data much changes. At the moment we are with two brands but there could even be a third. It is our sector and I think this should not change.
Multi-sector (with synergies): we have a brand that would allow us to get into packaging products. In this way we could specialize in articles that allow the shipping of collectibles more efficiently than right now. There is a gap here, but I am not sure how big the market is, but it would certainly generate synergies with the rest.

Single product

we have cases and boxes made of different materials that could work for more than one sector. In this way we could reuse the same suppliers but give them a different use and promote them for a purpose other than protecting, displaying and storing.
That is what is going through my mind right now. We also need to define the positioning of the different collectible brands well. We have some work ahead of us here. It will be fun.
